Or Cohen is the Founder and CEO of Global Ramp, specializing in organizational accessibility, assistive technology, workplace accommodations, and global disability inclusion. Inspired by his father, a person with a severe mobility disability, Or has dedicated the past 15 years to leading comprehensive inclusion processes for entities like the Israeli Ministry of Labor, SOLM, Senadis Chile, the Israeli Innovation Authority, and multinational corporations such as KLA and Red Hat. He actively promotes technological innovation for persons with disabilities as an advisor to the Israeli TechAbility community, the National Insurance Funds, the JDC, and others. Previously holding key leadership roles at Access Israel NGO and Step Hear LTD, Or is an Authorized Service Accessibility Expert, an IAAP-certified professional, and holds an M.A. in Diplomatic Studies from Tel Aviv University.
