Nidhi is the Founder and CEO of NEMA AI, building AI-powered neurological health infrastructure for emerging markets. With a background spanning clinical research, AI development, and healthcare entrepreneurship, she has led NEMA from concept to a clinically validated platform in partnership with premier medical institutions across India. Under her leadership, NEMA has onboarded 20+ hospitals, filed two international PCT patents, and been recognised as a Top 25 company in the UK Healthcare Innovation Programme. Nidhi is a Shark Tank India Season 3 winner, was featured in Forbes India’s Top 100 with Leap Unicorn Season 3, invited by the Government of India as a special guest on the 80th Independence Day, and placed Top 3 at the UNDP India Youth Co-Lab. She is driven by a singular mission: to make early neurological screening as accessible as a blood pressure check for every Indian.
NEMA AI is building the neurological health infrastructure for India – AI-powered cognitive screening using EEG, deployable in any clinic without specialist infrastructure. India has 1 neurologist for every 100,000 patients and 8.8 million people living with dementia, most diagnosed years too late. NEMA’s CognEEG platform analyses resting-state EEG signals to generate structured neurophysiological risk reports in under 3 minutes, working on any existing EEG hardware without requiring new equipment or specialist training. Developed in collaboration with premier national medical institutions and validated on real Indian clinical data, NEMA is currently onboarding hospitals across India ahead of its commercial launch in January 2027. NEMA AI is not replacing neurologists; it is giving them the tools to reach every patient who needs them.
