Ashtavakra Accessibility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an accessibility audit, advisory, and certification
company. Our work spans the built environment, digital platforms, and organisational culture,
embedding accessibility across infrastructure, technology, and enterprise practice. Every
engagement is aligned with Indian and global standards — the RPwD Act 2016, Harmonised
Guidelines for Universal Accessibility (MoHUA 2021), National Building Code 2016, WCAG 2.2
AA, and ISO 21542:2021 — and mapped to ESG, BRSR, and CSRD frameworks. Our flagship
platform, AccessPlus™, is India’s first unified, disability-type-mapped accessibility audit and
certification framework, delivering governance-ready outputs across built environment, digital,
and workplace dimensions.

Globally benchmarked. Locally impactful. Your trusted accessibility infrastructure partner.
Founded by Dr Sangita Thakur, Ashtavakra Accessibility Solutions was born from deep personal
understanding of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities. Sangita is an individual with
multiple disabilities, is a wheelchair user and is profoundly deaf. However, Sangita believes
disabilities don’t define the limits of abilities and possibilities – a message personified by Sage
Ashtavakra – and the one she is taking to the world through her efforts.
