Jio BPO
India

Babli Angel Gupta is a proud employee of Jio and a strong advocate for the potential of persons with disabilities. Having grown up in an orphanage and faced significant challenges after turning 18, Angel persevered through months of financial hardship and repeated job rejections. Through Youth4Jobs, Angel received employment training, interview support, and eventually secured a role with Jio. Today, Angel is building an independent life and continues to grow professionally with the support of mentors and colleagues. Angel’s journey is a powerful reminder that disability does not define a person’s potential—courage, determination, and the right opportunities can turn challenges into possibilities.

Jio BPO operates as the primary customer support and service operations wing for Reliance Jio, managing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and digital chat processes for millions of telecom and fiber users across India. The organization offers versatile employment models, including traditional office-based roles and flexible work-from-home opportunities like the Jio Customer Associate program.
