Lead Wellbeing Practitioner, TEDx Speaker, Model & Disability Advocate
Rugby Portobello Trust, P3 Charity
United Kingdom

Anahita Kalsy is a Lead Wellbeing Practitioner, TEDx speaker, disability advocate and model represented by ZBD Talent, working at the intersection of youth wellbeing, disability, representation and storytelling. Born with congenital fibrosis syndrome, a rare eye condition, she experienced exclusion from an early age, an experience that shaped her understanding of belonging, beauty and self-worth, and ultimately became the catalyst for finding her voice. Today, through her work with a London-based youth charity, where she delivers wellbeing workshops and women-only circles, alongside public speaking, modelling and her personal platform (@anahitakalsy), she turns lived experience into conversations, connection and visibility. Her work challenges conventional ideas of what disability, beauty and leadership can look like, while creating space for women and young people to recognise their own voice and potential.

Rugby Portobello Trust is a London-based youth-focused charity supporting children, young people and families through community-based programmes and services. Its work creates safe, inclusive spaces where young people can develop confidence, skills, positive relationships and a sense of belonging. The organisation delivers youth, family and wellbeing programmes that respond to the needs of the local community. Through workshops, group activities and targeted support, Rugby Portobello Trust works alongside young people and families to promote wellbeing, connection and opportunity.
