Aditi Gangrade is a neurodivergent filmmaker, media entrepreneur and disability rights advocate with over 8 years of experience in impact storytelling. She is the co-founder of Much Much Media and Much Much Spectrum, a neurodivergent-led media platform and content studio creating intersectional work across disability, gender, mental health, health, climate justice and LGBTQIA+ lives. Her work centres lived experience, community knowledge and representation that moves beyond tokenism. Aditi has directed and produced films, digital campaigns, podcasts and editorial projects for organisations including Google, Netflix, the Government of Goa, MyGov, the Coca-Cola Foundation, HSBC and ICC. She was appointed a Purple Ambassador at the International Purple Fest Goa 2024, organised by the Government of Goa. She was also named an honoree on Diversability’s 2024 D-30 Disability Impact List for her global disability advocacy.
Aditi is currently leading the Disability Justice Film Lab, an initiative supported by a grant from the Global Greengrants Fund and developed by Much Much Media in partnership with the Disability Justice Project. The programme trains and mentors disabled filmmakers from around the world to tell stories at the intersection of climate justice and disability justice.
